We measure your body composition using InBody* to determine your starting point.
We create a comprehensive and personalised training programme to help you reach your goals.
If necessary, we also include medical guidance to improve your rest and nutrition habits.
We ensure that you move safely and correctly.
We guide and support you throughout the entire process.
We conduct monthly InBody tests* and continuous follow-ups to make sure you're on the right track.
It’s time to review, give feedback, and make adjustments.
*What's InBody?
InBody is a bioimpedance device that analyses your body composition.
It provides key metrics including: weight, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, fat-free mass, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, waist-to-hip ratio, and basal metabolic rate (BMR). It also tracks muscle and fat levels, as well as segmental lean mass.

During three in-person training sessions, we'll measure your fitness level through range-of-motion, strength, and muscular endurance exercises. We'll also perform a body composition test using the Inbody test and provide a report that summarizes and summarizes all the data.
*It will be discounted from the initial rate if you decide to stay with one of our training plans
