Personal trainer for seniors

The body changes at every stage of life, and your training plan should too. We support you with a training program for older adults that is fully adapted to your age and physical condition. Our training service is designed to maintain your independence, enable you to maintain strong muscle strength into old age, and ensure a safer and more independent daily life.

Train safely with a Personal Trainer Specialized in Seniors

We do not improvise with physical exercise for people over 65 years old. Each personal trainer at our training center works hand in hand with the medical team to tailor each session to your specific needs and individual requirements. Through strength training and guided physical activity, we take care of your joints, bone density, and posture.

The goal is clear: to alleviate common age-related discomforts such as back pain or stiffness, prevent falls, and achieve healthy aging, both physically and mentally.

What's included

Many older people resort solely to walking or gentle exercise, but the sports sciences support the benefits of exercising with strength supervised by a professional:

Frequently asked questions

  • No. There are studies with people over 85 who gain strength and muscle mass with supervised training. The older you are, the more it benefits you to train — not less. What changes is how the progression is approached, not whether or not it is possible.

  • Yes, and in many cases it is precisely what is indicated. Well-dosed strength training improves bone density and protects the joints. We adapt movement ranges and loads to your situation, coordinating with the center’s medical team and with your trauma specialist if you are under follow-up.

  • Yes, with proper supervision and progression. The real risk at that age is not training: it is the loss of muscle mass and balance that comes with inactivity and that multiplies the risk of falls. Training is the main tool available to stop it.

  • Neuromuscular improvements appear quickly: many people notice more confidence when climbing stairs or getting up from a chair between the fourth and sixth week. Muscle mass changes take a little longer and we measure them every month with the InBody test.

  • Yes. We have a doctor on site, and if you are under the care of your primary care physician or a specialist, we adapt the training to their instructions. Bring your reports to the first session, and we take them into account from the very beginning.
